We will soon start developing commercial premises with an area of 2466 square meters on Veiverių st. – in one of the main transport arteries of Kaunas.

It will be a 3-story building with a very large surface parking lot and 2 recreation terraces.

The purpose of the building is administrative, but depending on the way the land is used, various activities and purposes are possible: areas of shopping centers, trade, commercial objects

CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT

We are developing an 18-apartment complex in an exclusive location - Kunigiskiai.
